Holistic Therapy Maui: Li Hay, MA MFT-I

Li Hay offers compassionate, emotionally-centered psychotherapy sessions online and in-person on Maui for individuals and couples. She holds a Master of Science degree (MS) in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and am pursuing my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy as she works towards her LMFT license in Hawai’i. Li's approach to her work is compassionate and non-pathologizing. She utilizes the evidence-based models of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients become empowered to make significant changes in their lives by deepening their relationship with themselves in order to heal the underlying emotive causes contributing to dissatisfaction and conflict in their relationships with themselves and with others.
